摘要
随着经济全球化进程的不断加快和我国社会经济发展进入新常态,企业面临的竞争压力越来越大,需要不断更新人员配备。其中本科应用型人才的需求量大大增加,给地方应用型本科院校的人才培养模式带来了机遇和挑战。从本科应用型人才培养模式的现状分析出发,挖掘其存在的问题和成因。最后提出"校企合作、工学结合"本科应用型人才培养模式的构建对策,推动"学校、企业、教师、学生"四位一体运转,发挥协同效应。
