摘要
要根据自身的特点,在充分调研地方社会、经济、文化和教育发展需要的基础上,构建独立院校数学专业应用创新型人才培养模式。从人才培养目标、教师队伍建设、创新与应用能力、自主学习及评价制度五个方面探讨独立院校数学专业应用创新型人才培养模式,为革新独立院校应用创新型人才培养模式和提升人才培养质量提供实践途径。
According to their own characteristics,on the basis of fully investigating the development needs of local society,economy,culture and education,we should build a training mode of applied innovative talents in mathematics major in independent colleges and universities.This paper discusses the talent training mode of applied innovative talents in mathematics and applied mathematics major in independent colleges and universities from five aspects:the talent training objectives,the construction of teachers,innovation and application ability,autonomous learning and evaluation system,it provides a practical way to reform the applied innovative talent training mode of mathematics and applied mathematics specialty in independent colleges and universities and improve the quality of talent training in independent colleges and universities.
