摘要
在高等院校中,朋辈教育是一种学生进行自我教育和管理的重要方式。朋辈教育的应用不仅可增强学生的政治认同感,还能提高其人际交往能力、社会责任感,也能在校园内营造良好的教育氛围和环境。因此,高等院校必须要从多个方面准确把握朋辈教育的内涵,结合大学生的真实情况调整和优化朋辈教育模式,促使大学生能够向着更好的方向不断发展和成长,最终为国家和社会培养出更多高素质的现代化人才。
In colleges and universities,peer education is an important way for students to carry out self-education and management.The application of peer education can not only enhance students’political identity,but also improve their interpersonal skills and social responsibility,and create a good educational atmosphere and environment in the campus.Therefore,colleges and universities must accurately grasp the connotation of peer education from many aspects,adjust and optimize the peer education mode combined with the real situation of college students,so as to promote college students to develop and grow in a better direction,and finally cultivate more high-quality modern talents for the country and society.
