摘要
就业是大学人才培养的最后一个环节,也是体现高校人才培养质量的重要指标。通过对三所高校500余名应届毕业生的问卷调查,发现大学生就业心态受身边环境影响。该文分析了在群体动力理论视角下,通过提升凝聚力,构建就业共同体全员联动机制;增强驱动力,构建就业共同体智能平台机制;转化耗散力,构建就业共同体长效管理机制等方式来构建大学生就业共同体。
Employment is the last link of talent development in universities,and it is also an important indicator of the quality of talent development in universities.Through a questionnaire survey of more than 500 graduates from three universities,it is found that the employment mentality of college students is affected by the surrounding environment.This article analyzes that from the perspective of the group dynamics theory,by enhancing cohesion,constructing an employment community’s all-member linkage mechanism;enhancing driving force,building an intelligent platform mechanism for the employment community;transforming dissipative power,building a long-term employment community management mechanism,etc.college student employment community.
