摘要
培养创新人才是时代赋予高校的重要使命,也是当前"双一流"建设最紧迫的任务之一。站在社会发展新的起点上,高校在培养创新人才方面逐渐暴露出了一些缺陷和不足之处。该文对国内高校创新人才培养的现状进行分析,从变革教育理念、完善课程体系、转变教学方法、完善评价考核体系、建设高素质师资队伍以及健全教育支撑体系等几个方面,提出了促进高校创新人才培养的新思路。
Cultivating innovative talents is an important mission entrusted by The Times to colleges and universities as well as one of the most urgent tasks in the current double first-class construction.Standing at the new starting point of social development,colleges and universities have gradually exposed some defects in cultivating innovative talents.This paper analyzes the present situation of domestic colleges and universities,and puts forward some new ideas to promote the cultivation of innovative talents from reforming the educational idea,completing the curriculum system,changing the teaching methods,improving the evaluation and assessment system,building high-quality teachers and perfecting the education support system.
