摘要
“双创”型人才是落实国家创新驱动发展战略的必备条件,也是科技发展的第一资源,新时代背景下土木工程行业呈现出数字化、智能化、复杂化特征,更是迫切需要大量创新创业人才。通过对土木工程类专业高等教育现状进行分析,结合以产出为导向的教育理念,对土木工程类“双创”型人才培养模式进行研究,提出了相应的教学目标、教学内容、评价体系以及配套师资要求。
Innovation and Entrepreneurship talents are the necessary condition to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy, and also the first resource for the development of science and technology. Under the background of the new era, the civil engineering industry presents the characteristics of digitalization, intelligence and complexity, and it is in urgent need of a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation of higher education of civil engineering majors, combined with the output-oriented education concept, this paper studies the training mode of civil engineering innovation and Entrepreneurship talents, and puts for ward the corresponding teaching objectives, teaching contents, evaluation system and requirements for supporting teachers.
