摘要
良好的职业生涯规划不但能促使学生不断提升自身综合素质,提高职业规划与就业技能,还会对学生未来的人生发展有很大的影响。因此,为帮助学生确立人生目标,找到适合自己的职业方向,需要开设职业生涯规划课,并在该课程教学过程中引入模块化教学方式,以实现对当前教学的全面改革。
Good career planning can not only promote students to continuously improve their comprehensive quality,strengthen career planning and employment skills,but also have a great impact on future life development.Therefore,in order to help students establish their life goals and find suitable jobs,it is necessary to set up a career planning course and introduce modularization in the teaching process of the course,so as to realize the comprehensive reform of current teaching.
