摘要
家禽生产学是大专院校畜牧专业开设的一门专业性和实践性都很强的应用课程。校外实习在该门课程的教学过程中发挥着重要的作用。广大的教育工作者对家禽生产学的实践教学以及校外实习基地的建设和运行开展了大量研究,在取得显著成效的同时还存在一些问题。该文从家禽生产学实践教学现状、校外实习基地建设和运行的发展趋势出发,对典型案例进行分析,探索基于教学实习基地的专题式家禽生产学教学改革方案,可为家禽生产学等实践性较强的专业课程的教学改革提供参考。
Poultry production is a specialized and practical applied course offered by animal husbandry majors of college and university.Off-campus practice base plays an important role in the teaching process of this course.A lot of studies have been conducted by teachers on the practical teaching of poultry production and the construction and operation of off-campus practice base,and there are still some problems while achieving remarkable results.This paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching in poultry production and the development trend of construction and operation of off-campus practice bases,analyzes typical cases,and explore the plan of"thematic"poultry production teaching reform based on off-campus practice bases.The article can provide reference for the teaching reform of poultry production and other professional courses with strong practicality.
