摘要
“双一流”建设要求培养具有创新精神、实践能力强的高素质一流人才,因此,地方院校如何根据当地经济和社会需求,改革相关课程教学体系,是当前专业建设的关键问题之一。该文以中南林业科技大学生物技术、生物工程等湖南省一流专业为研究对象,在分析我校分子生物学实验教学现状的基础上,对分子生物学实验的内容选择、教学方式和考核评价等方面进行了开放性模式的初步探讨,取得了良好的教学效果,这对今后普通高等院校其他实验课程的教学开展具有重要参考价值和实践意义。
The high-quality first-class talents with innovative spirit and strong practical ability are required to cultivate under the background of“Double First-class”.Therefore,reforming the relevant curriculum teaching system is one of the key issues in the current specialty construction according to the local economic and social needs.The open mode of molecular biology experiment which includes teaching content,method and evaluation etc.,is discussed by analyzing the present situation of molecular biology experiment teaching in biological technology and biological engineering for central south forestry university of science and technology.We have achieved a good teaching effect and this will have a reference value and practical significance to other experimental course teaching of higher school in the future.
