摘要
“双创”教育是深化高等教育改革、培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要途径,同时对教师提出了更高的要求。构建教师学习共同体是促进教师专业成长,推动教育发展的重要途径之一。该文立足于“双创”教育时代,阐述了高校教师学习共同体构建现状,分析了新时代对教师的影响、构建学习共同体的必要性,并结合实际提出了我校生物工程专业教师构建学习共同体的策略。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to deepen the reform of higher education,cultivate students’innovative spirit and practical ability.At the same time,it puts forward higher requirements for teachers.The construction of teachers’learning community is one of the important ways to promote teachers’professional growth and education development.Based on the era of entrepreneurship and innovation education,this paper expounds the construction current situation of the college and university teachers’learning community,analyzes the influence of the new era on teachers and the necessity of constructing learning community,and puts forward the construction strategies of bioengineering teachers learning community in our university.
