摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入发展,传统的教学方式和教学理念已经不再适用。当今社会需要的是具备综合能力的全面人才,现代教育理念要求教师在教授好学生文化知识的同时,还要培养学生的自主学习能力。职业院校是为社会输送实用型人才的地方,但是当前部分高职院校学生英语学习状况并不乐观,存在一些问题。因此,如何更好地培养学生的自主学习能力是高职院校教师需解决的首要问题。
With the continuous and in-depth development of education reform,traditional teaching methods and teaching concepts are no longer suitable for today’s society.Today’s society requires all-round talents with comprehensive abilities.The modern education philosophy requires teachers to cultivate students’independent learning ability while teaching students good cultural knowledge.Vocational schools are a place to deliver practical talents to the society,but the current English learning status of students in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic,and there are still some problems.Therefore,how to better cultivate students’autonomous learning ability is the primary problem that teachers of higher vocational colleges need to solve.
