摘要
在经济新常态下,我国产业转型升级对人才需求提出了新的要求。该文针对高职院校人才培养,以衡水职业技术学院为例,开展高职院校校企协同育人新理念、新机制的研究与实践,围绕如何提升学生工程服务能力,形成以教师、学生、企业为核心要素的“三循环、三促进”育人生态链,助推校企合作、协同发展,增强职业教育适应性展开分析。
Under the new economic normal,China’s industrial transformation and upgrading put forward new requirements for talent demand.Aiming at the talent training of higher vocational colleges,taking Hengshui Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper carries out the research and practice of the new concept and mechanism of school enterprise collaborative education in higher vocational colleges,focuses on how to improve students’engineering service ability,form a“three cycles and three promotion”education ecological chain with teachers,students and enterprises as the core elements,and promote the cooperation and coordinated development of schools and enterprises,enhance the adaptability of vocational education.
