摘要
在高职百万扩招背景下,高职生源在学生规模、学习预期、行为习惯、知识储备等方面发生很大变化,加上行业快速发展、新技术的运用,企业对营销人才的创新能力要求有所提高,因此,高职院校构建了高职市场营销专业“三融合、三联通”的“专创融合”人才培养模式,并提出分类分层设置培养目标、精准化教学模式、“专创融合”课程体系、搭建教学+创业服务平台等改进措施,以解决高职市场营销专业扩招后的实际教学问题,保障国家政策的有效落实。
Under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion,higher vocational students have great changes in student scale,learning expectation,behavior habits,knowledge reserve and other aspects.In addition,the rapid development of the industry and the application of new technology have led to the improvement of enterprises’requirements on the innovation ability of marketing talents.Therefore,construct the"three integration&three connectivity"specialty-innovation integration talent training mode for higher vocational marketing major,and put forward the improvement measures such as setting training objectives by classification and stratification,precise teaching mode,specialized and creative curriculum system,and building teaching+entrepreneurship service platform,in order to solve the practical teaching problems of higher vocational marketing major after enrollment expansion,and ensure the effective implementation of national policies.
