摘要
创新创业教育是高职院校教育教学模式改革的重要推动力量。医学类校外创新创业实践基地建设是高职院校深化医教协同、产教融合的重要抓手,但是现阶段还存在医学专业创新创业教育认同度不高、医学专业创新创业教育专业特色不突出、医学专业创新创业实践教育基地建设管理及运营僵化等问题。该文在医教协同视角下,通过校企双元育人,构建医学类专业校外创新创业实践基地,探索高职医学类专业创新创业的新范式。
Innovative entrepreneurship education is an important driving force for the reform of educational and teaching modes in higher vocational colleges.The construction of innovative entrepreneurship practice bases outside medical schools is an important grasp for deepening the coordination of medical education and the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,however,there are still some problems at this stage,such as the low degree of recognition of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical specialties,the lack of prominent professional features in innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical specialties,and the rigidity in the construction,management and operation of the innovative and entrepreneurship practice education base for medical specialties,the purpose of this paper is to build an off campus innovation and entrepreneurship practice base for medical majors and explore a new paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship for medical majors in higher vocational colleges through the dual education of schools and enterprises from the perspective of medical education synergy.
