摘要
职业院校在培育学生的过程中,应聚焦提升学生的核心素质,促进职业院校教育模式更加符合现代社会发展对人才的需求。积极教育理论与学生的核心素养有着非常紧密的关系,提倡培养学生的精神内涵,注重学生的主体地位与整体发展,通过学生内在的积极变化提升人才培养效果。基于积极教育理念的职业教育应创设良好的发展环境,为培养学生的核心素养提供适宜的教育环境。
Vocational colleges should focus on improving the core quality of students in the process of cultivating students,so as to promote the vocational college education model more in line with the needs of modern social development for talents.The positive education theory has a very close relationship with the core literacy of students.It advocates the cultivation of students’spiritual connotation,pays attention to students’main body play and overall development,and improves the effect of talent cultivation through internal positive change.Vocational education based on the concept of positive education should create a positive development environment and provide a suitable educational environment for cultivating students’core accomplishment.
