摘要
高等职业院校对创新创业教育越来越重视,逐渐形成了自己的创新创业人才培养模式。但是课题组在前期调研中发现,部分高等职业院校创新创业教育还存在对创新创业教育目标认识模糊以及未能有效培养创新创业人才等一系列亟待解决的突出问题。为此,课题组创新性提出“一中心、三融合、一评价”,即“以企业痛点为中心;融合学生、学校、企业三个方面的需求;实施双方向、四维度的创新创业教育评价体系”。该模式在国内30余所高等职业院校实施,得到学校、学生、企业和国内知名专家的高度评价。
As higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education,higher vocational colleges have gradually formed their own training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.However,in the preliminary investigation,the research group found that there are still a series of outstanding problems to be solved,such as vague understanding of the objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and failure to effectively cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents.The research group creatively put forward"one center,three integration and one evaluation",that is:"focus on the difficult of enterprises;integrate the needs of students,schools and enterprises;implement a two-way and four-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system".This implementation path has been implemented in more than 30 higher vocational colleges in China and has been highly praised by schools,students,enterprises and domestic well-known experts.
