摘要
创业人才的精准选拔和培养是企业成长发展的人才保障。该文在中国科技统计相关数据的基础上,基于“企业创新—创业人才”的思路,构建了“两种能力、两种意识”的创业人才培养要素体系,进而分析了各影响因素的重要程度。研究发现,融资管理能力、技术资源的整合能力、知识产权的创造意识和服务国家、社会、人民的意识是影响创业人才的四项最重要因素。同时,指出高等职业教育更要关注青年创业者、大专学历的创业者。该文为创业人才的选拔和培养提供了切入点。
The precise selection and training of entrepreneur is the basis for the enterprises.Based on the data of the China’s science and technology statistics,and the idea of“enterprise innovation to entrepreneur”,a system for entrepreneur with the characteristics of“two abilities and two consciousness”was constructed.The results shows that the ability of financing management,the ability to integrate technical resources,the awareness of intellectual property creation and the awareness of serving the country,society and people are the four most important factors which affect the entrepreneur.In addition,young entrepreneur and those with a college degree should be pay more attention by the vocational education.This research provides an entry point for the selection and cultivation for the entrepreneur.
