摘要
随着“三胎”政策的开放,杭州托育市场供需矛盾突出,托育机构人才需求量大,很多托育机构人才数量不足,亟需高素质专业型托育人才。该文主要以杭州两所高职院校婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业人才培养与建设为研究对象,重点分析其人才培养现状,提出人才培养与建设的新思路,以及对我校该专业建设的思考。
With the opening of the"three-child"policy,the contradiction between supply and demand in the childcare market in Hangzhou is prominent,and the demand for talents in childcare institutions is large.Many childcare institutions have a shortage of"talents",especially high-quality professional nursery talents.Urgently needed.This paper mainly takes the talent training and construction of infant care service and management majors in two higher vocational colleges in Hangzhou as the research object,and focuses on the analysis of the current situation of talent training,and puts forward new ideas for talent training and construction,as well as for our school-based majors.Thinking of construction.
