产教融合机制下高职院校实践类课程教学模式创新研究——以三亚中瑞综合项目为例 被引量:2

摘要 海南酒店行业快速发展,但伴随而来的是酒店经营、管理人才短缺问题日益突出。产教融合作为高职院校人才培养的有效途径,其在发展过程中仍存在产教目标不一致、融合不完全等问题。该文通过分析这些问题及原因,剖析了三亚中瑞酒店管理职业学院酒店实践类课程综合项目对产教融合的创新改革路径,在校企共建教学目标、共商教学内容、共管课程实施、共同参与评价、共建师资队伍等方面取得积极成效,以期推动高职院校实践类课程教学模式的改革创新。 Hotel industry in Hainan developed rapidly,but following by the shortage of hotel talents become more and more serious.Integration Mechanism of Teaching and Production is an effective path of cultivate talents,but there are still some problems exist in the process of its development,such as inconsistent teaching goals and incomplete integration between colleges and enterprise.The article analyzes these problems and reasons,take the practical curriculum Integrated Project in Hospitality Institute of Sanya as example,through exploring the path of innovation and reform on Integration Mechanism of Teaching and Production.The curriculum has achieved some positive results in the aspects of school-enterprise co-construction of teaching objectives,co-discussion of teaching content,co-management of curriculum implementation,co-participation in evaluation,co-construction of teaching staff,in order to promote the reform and innovation of practical curriculum teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.
