摘要
在新文科建设背景下,应用型、复合型、创新型的数字化旅游人才培养是促进旅游产业高质量发展的动力和加速器,亦是新时代赋予应用型本科旅游管理专业实践教学改革与创新的责任和使命。在此契机下,该文在探讨数字时代应用型本科旅游人才培养差异化发展的基础上,从实践教学能力培养目标、实践教学课程体系构建、实践教学学生能力评价等方面提出应用型本科旅游管理专业实践教学改革与创新思路。
Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the cultivation of digital tourism talents with application-oriented,interdisciplinary,and innovative characteristics is the driving force and accelerator to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry.It is also the responsibility and mission assigned to the practical teaching reform and innovation of tourism management major in application-oriented undergraduate education in the new era.Against this backdrop,this article explores the differentiated development of tourism talent training in applied undergraduate education in the digital age.Based on this,it proposes ideas for the reform and innovation of practical teaching in tourism management major in applied undergraduate education,including the goal of cultivating practical teaching ability,the construction of practical teaching curriculum system,and the evaluation of students'practical teaching ability.
