摘要
应用型院校以培养社会需要的技能型人才为核心,而培养技能型人才,实践教学是关键。部分院校因为对实践教学重视不够,导致实践教学师资力量不足、实践设备器具陈旧、校企合作不力等情况出现,学校发展也因此陷入困境。对此,院校应把实践教学放在首位,重视对实践型教师的聘用和培养;加大实验室建设及购置设备的资金投入;加强校企深度合作,探索校企合作新模式,为学校的生存、发展和壮大提供强劲动力。
The core of application-oriented colleges is to cultivate skilled talents needed by the society,and practical teaching is the key to cultivate skilled talents.Some colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to practical teaching,which leads to the lack of practical teaching teachers,outdated practical equipment,poor cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the development of schools is in trouble.In this regard,colleges and universities should put practical teaching in the first place,pay attention to the employment and training of practical teachers,increase the capital investment in laboratory construction and equipment purchase,strengthen the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,explore new modes of school enterprise cooperation,and provide strong impetus for the survival,development and growth of schools.
