公共管理硕士专业学位人才培养现状及对策研究——基于上海18所公共管理硕士培养单位的分析 被引量:2

摘要 专业学位研究生教育是当前研究生教育改革发展的重点,公共管理硕士研究生教育作为专业学位研究生教育的重要组成部分,仍然面临着课程设置偏理论轻应用、教学形式单一、特色凝练不足、“双导师制”落实不力等困境。该文选取上海18所设置公共管理硕士培养的单位作为研究对象,结合问卷调查和实地访谈,系统分析公共管理硕士专业学位人才培养现状。在此基础上,从构建多元化实践教学模式、推进全案例教学应用、依托学科及区位优势凝练人才培养特色、全程落实“双导师制”等方面提出人才培养对策和建议。 The professional degree postgraduate education is the focus of the current reform and development of postgraduate education,postgraduate education in public administration is an important part of postgraduate education with professional degrees,it is still faced with difficulties such as light theoretical application of curriculum setting,single teaching form,insufficient condensation of characteristics,and poor implementation of the“double tutor system”.This paper selects 18 training units for master's degree in public administration in Shanghai as the research object,combined with questionnaires and field interviews,systematic analysis of the current situation of training talents with master's degree in public administration.On this basis,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for talent training from the aspects of building a diversified practical teaching model,promoting the application of full-case teaching,condensing the characteristics of talent training by relying on the advantages of disciplines and location,and implementing the“double tutor system”throughout the whole process.
