摘要
在数字经济快速发展的背景下,提升学生科研创新能力是地方高校顺应新时代经济社会发展的重要课题。为了探索地方高校商科专业学生科研创新能力提升模式,该文通过发现式教学和探索式教学等方法,分析地方高校商科专业学生科研能力现状,提出了注重科研导向、构建多元化教学资源、因材施教等方案和机制,为地方高校新商科人才培养提供了理论和实践参考。
In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy,enhancing students’research and innovation capabilities is an important topic for local universities to adapt to the new era and new business development.In order to enhance the scientific research innovation ability of business students in local universities,this article employs methods like discovery-based teaching and exploratory teaching.We also analyze the current situation of scientific research capabilities of business students in local universities,and proposes plans and mechanisms that focus on scientific research orientation,build diversified teaching resources,and teach students according to their aptitude.It provides theoretical and practical references for the cultivation of new business talents in local universities.
