摘要
职业本科院校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在全球化和技术变革的时代背景下,职业本科学生的就业与创业问题成为社会关注的焦点。在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,职业本科院校面临着更多的机遇与挑战,这也对职业本科学生的就业创业工作提出了更高的要求。该文阐述了优化就业创业机制的意义,深入分析了职业本科学生在就业与创业过程中遇到的问题,并提出了一系列基于“双创”背景的优化策略,旨在为职业本科学生的就业创业提供指导和参考。
Vocational undergraduate colleges are an important component of China's higher education system.In the context of globalization and technological change,the employment and entrepreneurship issues of vocational undergraduate students have become a focus of social attention.In the context of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”,vocational undergraduate colleges are facing more opportunities and challenges,which also puts higher requirements on the employment and entrepreneurship work of vocational undergraduate students.This article elaborates on the significance of optimizing employment and entrepreneurship mechanisms,deeply analyzes the difficulties encountered by vocational undergraduate students in the process of employment and entrepreneurship,and proposes a series of optimization strategies based on the background of“double innovation”,aiming to provide guidance and reference for the employment and entrepreneurship of vocational undergraduate students.
