连接"医、药、保"链条上所有参与者,并能够赋能所有参与者实现数字化升级,同时在多场景开展服务,这就是数字健康新基建的要义。2020年全国两会上,医疗健康相关提案议案颇受关注。如何通过5G网络、人工智能、大数据等新技术,开展数字健康基础设施建设,成为代表委员们热议的话题。全国两会召开前夕,山东省建成了由政府指导、微医集团参与的省级互联网医保大健康平台。
