摘要
为了进一步提高应用游梁式抽油机变速运行控制技术的性价比,在模拟试验井进行了常规Y系列电机和高转差电机应用变速运行控制技术前后电机输入功率和电机输出轴扭矩测试试验。从电机输入功率、节电率、电机输出轴扭矩等方面,对比分析了两种电机应用变速运行控制技术前后功率和扭矩的变化情况。测试结果表明,采用变速运行控制技术后,常规Y系列电机综合节电率在14%以上,高转差电机的综合节电率在12%以下,两种电机输入功率峰值降低40%以上,扭矩峰值降低20%以上。游梁式抽油机变速运行控制技术与常规Y系列电机组合应用性价比较好,既能达到节能、降低电机输出轴扭矩的效果,又能达到节约成本的目的,为油田更好地应用节能控制技术提供了可靠依据。
In order to further improve the performance and price ratio of variable speed operation control technology for beam pumping units,the test of input power and input torque of the motor has been conducted before and after the application of variable speed operation control technology for conventional Y series motor and the high slip motor in a simulated test well.The changes of power and torque in two types of electric motors before and after the application of variable speed operation control technology are compared and analyzed from the aspects of motor input power,power saving rate and motor output shaft torque.Test results showed that after adopting variable speed operation control technology,the comprehensive power saving rate of conventional Y series motor was more than 14%,while the comprehensive power saving rate of high slip motor was more than 12%.The peak value of input power of two kinds of motors was reduced by more than 40%,and the peak value of torque was reduced by more than 20%.The combination of variable speed operation control technology of beam pumping unit and conventional Y series motor has good performance and price ratio,which can not only achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing the output shaft torque of the motor,but also realize the purpose of cost saving.It provides a reliable basis for the better application of energy saving control technology in oilfields.
