摘要
为了提高抽油井机械采油系统效率并节约电能,应用系统动态参数的计算机仿真方法,在波动方程的基础上建立系统效率仿真分析数学模型。影响抽油机系统效率大小的因素很多,但在抽油井产液量、有效提升高度一定的情况下,抽油机的冲程和冲次是影响单井系统效率的主要因素。根据计算机仿真计算,绘制出系统效率随抽汲参数的变化关系图。
To achieve the purpose of raising the system eficiency of mechanical recovery in pumping wells and saving electrical energy,this paper uses a system dynamic computer artificial method of parameter and sets up mathematical models for simulating system efficiency on the foundation of fluctuant equation.There are many factors that influence system efficiency,but when taking out oil well to produce liquid quantity and effcetive promotion altitude under certain condution,stroke and stroke rush is the major influence of single well system efficiency.According to calculating,we can draw up the change relation map of system efficiency to follow stroke rush.
