电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定炒僵蚕中16种微量元素的含量 被引量:8

Determining Contents of 16 Trace Elements in Stiff Silkworm by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry

摘要 为深入了解僵蚕中不同类型重金属与有害元素的残留水平,采用微波消解法对僵蚕进行预处理,然后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定僵蚕中钠、钙、锰、铁、锌、铜、镍、钡、镁、铬、砷、硒、钾、镉、铅、铝16种微量元素的含量。在测定的5批僵蚕样品中,铁、锰、钾的含量较高,铜、铬、铅、砷、镉、镍等其他有害元素的含量均较低或未检出;各元素测定曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于09995,加标回收率在896%~992%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%。采用ICPOES法测定僵蚕中微量元素的含量,操作简便、稳定高效、准确迅速,可操作性强,干扰少,可为炒僵蚕药用安全和品质评价提供参考。 In order to better determine contents of various heavy metals and deleterious elements left in stiff silkworm,stiff silkworm was pretreated by microwave digestion,and then contents of 16 trace elements including Na,Ca,Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Ni,Ba,Mg,Cr,As,Se,K,Cd,Pb and Al were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Contents of Fe,Mn and K in 5 batches of stiff silkworms were higher,while contents of deleterious elements such as Cu,Cr,Pd,As,Cd and Ni were lower or non-detected.The linear coefficients of all elements were good with related coefficient above 09995,recovery between 896%and 992%,and relative standard deviration(RSD)less than 10%.The way to determine contents of trace elements by ICP-OES was fast,simple and high sensitive,which can be used for medical application and quality evaluation of stiff silkworm.
