摘要
目的探究在急诊科护理中开展优质护理服务的使用效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年9月期间在我院急诊科诊治的82名老年患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。分别对两组患者实施常规和优质护理,观察护理后两组患者的满意度和不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组患者护理后的总满意度为97.6%,相比对照组总满意度78.0%有较大提升;观察组患者护理后不良反应总发生率为2.4%,相比对照组不良反应总发生率19.5%有大幅下降,两组患者满意度和不良反应发生率数据差距均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理中开展优质护理服务效果良好,可有效降低患者不良反应发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度及护理质量,在急诊科临床治疗护理中有可推广的现实意义。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing service in emergency department,Methods To select 82 elderly patients who were treated in emergency department from August 2018 to September 2019,patients was randomly divided into Control Group(n=41)and Observation Group(n=41).Two groups of patients were given routine and high-quality care,after observation of the two groups of patients with satisfaction and adverse reactions.Results The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.0%),and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.4%,compared with the control group,19.5%of the total incidence rate of adverse reactions decreased significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high quality nursing service in emergency department nursing has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work and nursing quality,in the emergency department clinical treatment nursing has the practical significance which may promote.
