幼儿的启蒙思想和行为习惯是在幼儿园教育中初步形成的,幼儿在这期间所受到的教育将会直接影响着他以后的生活。然而,幼儿教师是对幼儿影响最大的人员之一,其几乎担当了幼儿园教育工作的核心位置。在幼儿园里教育幼儿的常规方法是开展一些娱乐活动,带着幼儿一起做游戏,会增进教师和幼儿相互之间的了解。这就需要教师对自己高标准严要求,在掌握了专业的知识和技能之后,还要创新教学形式,在这一点上青年教师的责任显然分量很重。
