关于山区幼儿教师培训方法的分析

摘要 最近几年,学前教育质量越来越受到社会的关注,幼儿教师在孩子成长阶段肩负重要使命,是学前教育的践行者与保卫者,也是和幼儿最亲密的教育主体,教师的言行会直接影响学生的性格,其教育行为是学前教育质量的重要保证。基于此,对教师培训进行强化是完善教育行为的手段和提升教师素养的路径。从目前情况看,教师培训的成效往往不理想,主要体现在实效性和针对性不佳,无论是培训内容还是培训方法都需要进一步优化。尤其是针对山区幼儿教师的相关培训,薄弱环节众多,面对这样的局面,本文将重点对幼儿教师培训手段进行深入研究,以便为今后的培训工作提供有效参考。 in recent years,the quality of preschool education has been paid more and more attention by the society. Preschool teachers shoulder an important mission in the growth stage of children. They are not only the practitioners and defenders of preschool education,but also the most intimate subject of education with children. Teachers’ words and deeds will directly affect students’ personality,and their educational behavior is an important guarantee of preschool education quality. Based on this,strengthening teacher training is the means to improve educational behavior and the path to improve teacher literacy. From the current situation,the effectiveness of teacher training is often unsatisfactory, mainly reflected in the poor effectiveness and pertinence,both the training content and training methods need to be further optimized. Especially for the relevant training of preschool teachers in mountainous areas,there are many weak links. In the face of such a situation,this paper will focus on the in-depth research on the training means of preschool teachers,so as to provide effective reference for the future training work.
