摘要
亲职者的概念在一定程度上与父母是相重合的,是否具备核心胜任力是两者的本质区别。在亲职者胜任力的整体中,家庭的教育方式,亲职者的自我调控能力以及融洽的亲子关系是核心因素。本文就亲职者核心胜任力进行探索和分析,旨在更好的提升家庭教育质量。
To a certain extent,the concept of parent coincides with that of parents,and the essential difference between them is whether they have core competence or not.In the whole competence of parents,family education,self-regulation ability and harmonious parent-child relationship are the core factors.This paper explores and analyzes the core competence of parents in order to better improve the quality of family education.
