摘要 在每个班级中,都会有后进生的出现。而在这一过程中,想要实现对后进生的转化工作,使其拥有较强的学习兴趣,需要教师采取具有针对性的解决方案。在这一过程中,实现对后进生的转化工作能够从整体上提升班级的学习水平和学习状态。在如今,存在着许多教师只将教学精力放在学习成绩中等或是优秀的学生身上,而对于一些不爱学习的学生,往往采取了忽略的态度,这种情况违背了教师的教育职责,无法促进班级整体学生的提升。因此,在这一过程中,教师便可以从家校合作的理念出发,对后进生有针对性地进行教育和培养,使他们能够感受到班主任对自己的重视。本文将讨论如何通过家校沟通来提升后进生的学习兴趣。 In every class,there will be less advanced students.In this process,in order to realize the transformation of the underachievers and make them have a strong interest in learning,teachers need to adopt targeted solutions.In this process,realizing the transformation of underachievers can improve the learning level and learning status of the class as a whole.Nowadays,there are many teachers who only focus their teaching energy on students with medium or excellent academic performance,and for some students who do not like to learn,many teachers often adopt an attitude of neglect.This situation violates the teacher’s educational responsibility,Can not promote the improvement of the overall students in the class.Therefore,in this process,teachers can proceed from the concept of home-school cooperation to educate and train the underachievers in a targeted manner,so that they can feel that the head teacher attaches great importance to them.This article will discuss how to improve the learning interest of less advanced students through home-school communication.
