摘要
初中班主任工作处于主要地位,不仅肩负着家校沟通、班级管理之间的责任,同时对于青春期青少年的道德培养和正确价值观形成发挥着重要作用。激励策略的实施,有助于形成持续稳定、积极向上的个体。激励策略的运用,也是班主任与学生良好关系构建的基石,能促使学生形成主动学习和德育培养的良好势头,保证学生的可持续发展。文章从初中班主任德育工作中如何开展激励策略出发,提出一些德育工作中的经验。
The work of the junior high school class teacher is in the main position.It not only shoulders the responsibilities between home and school communication and class management,but also plays an important role in the moral cultivation of adolescents and the formation of correct values.The implementation of incentive strategies helps to form a sustained,stable and positive individual.The use of motivational strategies is also the cornerstone of the construction of a good relationship between class teachers and students,which can promote students to form a good momentum of active learning and moral education,and ensure the sustainable development of students.The article starts from how to carry out the motivation strategy in the moral education work of the teacher in charge of the junior high school,and puts forward some experience in the moral education work.
