摘要
职业生涯规划教育对高中生今后的学习成长和发展有着重要作用,应渗透于高中日常教育教学工作之中,班主任在其中发挥着主要作用。为此,本文中笔者结合自身多年的高中班主任管理经验及相关学者对学生职业生涯规划教育的研究,立足于本地具体学情,从教育教学、学生成长、班主任专业发展方面分析了高中班主任开展学生职业生涯规划教育的必要性,然后分别从专题教育、日常管理、学科渗透、团队助力、家校协作等方面进行了一定的策略性分析,以提高对高中学生开展职业生涯规划教育的效果。
Career planning education plays an important role in the future learning growth and development of high school students,and should be permeated in the daily education and teaching work of high school,in which the head teacher plays a major role.For this reason,in this article,the author combines his many years of senior high school class teacher management experience and related scholars’research on students’career planning education.Based on the specific local learning conditions,this paper analyzes the necessity of high school class teachers to carry out students’career planning education from the aspects of education and teaching,student growth,and the professional development of class teachers.Then,a certain strategic analysis is carried out from the aspects of special education,daily management,subject penetration,team assistance,home-school cooperation,etc.,in order to improve the effect of career planning education for high school students.
