摘要
加强幼儿园教师队伍建设是学前教育优化改革的重点内容,当前幼儿教师队伍在教学中存在着教学形式单一、课堂缺乏新意、教师倦怠等诸多问题,导致出现课堂教学质量降低,幼儿学习效率低下等现象。想要确保学前教育事业的健康发展,幼儿园应该从根本上寻找问题的源头,采用有效策略加强幼儿园教师队伍建设,从改变教师教学观念、提升教师教学素质、提高教师专业水平等方面加强教师队伍的建设,进而有效提高幼儿园教学质量,保证学前教育事业的健康良好发展。
Strengthening the construction of kindergarten teachers is the key content of the optimization and reform of preschool education.At present,there are many problems in the teaching of kindergarten teachers,such as single teaching form,lack of new ideas in the classroom,and teacher burnout,which lead to the reduction of classroom teaching quality and the low learning efficiency of children.In order to ensure the healthy development of preschool education,kindergartens should fundamentally find the source of the problem,adopt effective strategies to strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers,and strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers from changing teachers’teaching concepts,improving teachers’teaching quality,and improving teachers’professional level.It can effectively improve the quality of kindergarten teaching and ensure the healthy and sound development of preschool education.
