摘要
随着学前儿童及青少年近视发生率的不断提升,如何预防学前儿童及青少年近视,受到政府、教育部门以及社会的高度关注。大量实践证实,充足的户外活动有助于防控学前儿童近视。本文以此为切入点探讨户外活动防控学前儿童近视的策略,首先对学前儿童的近视现状及成因进行了简要论述,然后阐明了户外活动与防控近视之间的关系和依据,最后就如何开展户外活动防控学前儿童近视提出了合理有效的策略,希望能够降低学前儿童与青少年的近视发生率。
With the increasing incidence of myopia in preschool children and adolescents,how to prevent myopia in preschool children and adolescents is highly concerned by the government,education departments and society.A large number of practices have proved that adequate outdoor activities can help prevent and control myopia of preschool children.This paper takes this as the starting point to explore the strategies of outdoor activities to prevent and control myopia of preschool children.Firstly,the current situation and causes of myopia of preschool children are briefly discussed,and then the relationship and basis between outdoor activities and myopia prevention and control are expounded.Finally,reasonable and effective strategies are proposed on how to carry out outdoor activities to prevent and control myopia of preschool children.The hope is to reduce the incidence of myopia in preschool children and adolescents.
