摘要
蒋子龙的写作代表了新时期文学对改革历史与前景的最完整叙述,投射了新时期的文化政治。《机电局长的一天》产生于"文革"末期的整顿阶段,回应的是1975年前后的理论论争,作为一个过渡性的文本,在革命叙述模式下对前三十年文学中的人物形象和人物关系作了微妙的改写,塑造了霍大道这一两面讨好的管理者形象,并在话语上连接了整顿和改革。《乔厂长上任记》紧承其后,在改革初期进一步坐实了这一变化:管理模式由"鞍钢宪法"向"马钢宪法"乃至科学管理的转换,以及管理者由政治官僚向技术官僚的回归。但是,这一对官僚政治的叙述和实践,难以回应改革时期的未来面向及其对新人的期待。青年政治的出场,必然要求改变"上层路线"的叙述模式。
Jiang Zilong’s literary works represent new era literature’s most comprehensive narrative on the history and future prospects of China’s reform, and reflect cultural politics of the new era. One Day in the Life of the Mechanical-and-Electrical Bureau Chief is written during the final stage of the Cultural Revolution when everything was being reorganized, in response to the theoretical debate held around 1975. As a transitional text, this book gives a subtle retouch to characters and relationship among characters under revolutionary narrative mode;it creates new images such as the two-faced manager Huo Dadao;and it makes an effort to connect the discourses of reorganization and reform. Following that, The Taking Office of Factory Manager Qiao confirms such changes in early days of reform: the mode of management changed from "Angang Constitution" to "Magang Constitution" and even scientific management, and the return of managers’ roles from political officials to technocrats. However, it was difficult for such a narrative of bureaucratic politics and practice to address the future orientation of the reform and meet its expectation for the new generation. Politcs of the youth must be accompanied by changes in the narrative mode of "high level approach".
