摘要
"1+X"证书制度实施对学生教育管理提出新要求:注重培养学生的终身教育理念;注重提高学生职业综合素质和职业能力;注重培养学生全面发展和创新创业能力以及注重提高学生教育管理者职业能力。主要从强化专业思想教育、严抓育人校风、教风和学风、优化职业技能实践环境和建立创新教育管理与服务平台四个方面研究与"1+X"证书制度实施相适应的高职院校学生教育管理路径。
The implementation of"1+X"certificate system puts forward new requirements for students’Education Management:paying attention to the cultivation of students’life-long education concept;paying attention to the improvement of students’comprehensive professional quality and ability;paying attention to the cultivation of students’overall development and innovation and entrepreneurship ability;and paying attention to the improvement of students’education managers’professional ability.This paper mainly studies the students’educational management path which adapts to the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system from four aspects:strengthening the professional ideological education,paying close attention to the school spirit,teaching style and learning style,optimizing the practical environment of vocational skills and establishing the innovative educational management and service platform.
