摘要
随着科技与经济的迅速发展,我们的传统媒介形式发生了重要变革与发展。新媒体也不断被应用于教育领域,可以说新媒体与我们大学生的生活、学习甚至思想素质都有着无法脱离的关系。当然,在新媒体的时代性对于辅导员的能力与素养也有了更高的要求。所以在新媒体时期高校辅导员必须采取合理的措施来提高思想政治教育工作的实效性。大学生是新媒体使用最广泛、最活跃的群体之一,其思想观念尚未成熟稳定,新媒体对大学生的影响无疑是显著且深刻的,作为工作在一线的高校辅导员思想政治教育工作亟需改进以适应时代的要求,也为辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育工作带来了契机和挑战。本文从新媒体对高校思政教育产生的影响出发,分析了高校学生思想活动的变化以及当前高校思政教育面对的挑战,然后提出了新媒体时代高校辅导员所需要具备的核心能力以及提高高校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性的对策。
With the rapid development of technology and economy,our traditional media form has undergone important changes and development.New media has also been continuously used in the field of education.It can be said that new media and our college students have a life,study and even ideological quality.An inseparable relationship.Of course,the era of new media also has higher requirements for the ability and literacy of counselors.Therefore,in the era of new media,college counselors must take reasonable measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.College students are one of the most widely used and active groups of new media.Their ideas are not yet mature and stable.The influence of new media on college students is undoubtedly significant and profound.As a front-line college counselor,ideological and political education needs to be improved In order to adapt to the requirements of the times,it also brings opportunities and challenges for the counselors to carry out ideological and political education for college students.Based on the impact of new media on college ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the changes in college students’ideological activities and the challenges facing college ideological and political education,and then proposes the core abilities of college counselors in the new media era and the improvement of college Counselors’ideological and political education work effectiveness countermeasures.
