摘要
现代社会经济的不断发展对人才建设提出了更高的要求,高职院校在开展教育教学时,强化学生职业精神已成为现代职业教育面临的新任务,在强化职业精神培养教育过程中,德育教育对职业精神培养的有效落实具有独特的价值意义。本文首先分析在高职院校培养学生职业精神过程中德育教育的主要影响,其次以此为基础,进一步探究学生职业精神培养策略,旨在能够为高职院校职业精神培养提供一定的理论依据。
The continuous development of modern social economy puts forward higher requirements for talent construction.When higher vocational colleges carry out education and teaching,it has become a new task for modern vocational education to strengthen the vocational spirit of students.In the process of strengthening the vocational spirit training and education,moral education has a unique value for the effective implementation of the vocational spirit training.This paper first analyzes the main influence of moral education in the process of cultivating students’ professional spirit in higher vocational colleges,and then based on this,further explores the strategies of cultivating students’ professional spirit,in order to provide some theoretical basis for the cultivation of vocational spirit in higher vocational colleges.
