摘要
标准是进行管理和评价的前提条件。"双元制"职业教育人才培养标准能否真正发挥作用,一是取决于这一标准是否符合职业教育的内在规律,二是取决于职业院校的教师、管理人员对标准的正确理解和科学运用。建设"双元制"职业教育标准化体系,对进一步推广"双元制"人才培养模式,更好地实践校企合作、工学结合,充分发挥校企教育资源,培养高质量人才具有重要意义。
Standards are the prerequisites for management and evaluation.Whether the"dual system"vocational talent training standard can really play a role depends on firstly whether it meets the internal laws of vocational education,and secondly,it depends on the correct understanding and application of the standards by teachers and managers of vocational colleges.The establishment of a"dual system"vocational standardization system is of great significance to further promote the"dual system"talent training model,to better practice of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study integration,to give full play to school-enterprise training resources,and to cultivate the high-quality talents.
