摘要
中国电影经历了持续时间最长的第四个发展高潮期。随着中国崛起和世界"逆全球化"现象出现,随着管理部门加强对影视文化意识形态引导、规划和调控,随着互联网发展带来的新视听形态的发展和用户扩张,也随着高清技术、沉浸技术、大数据、智能化的发展,中国电影进入了新的历史节点。新国际环境正在使中国电影的国际传播从欧美中心向多边突破转化;新行业生态使中国电影从市场导向向价值观导向转化;新产业形态使中国电影与网络从竞争走向更全面的竞争/合作;新技术革新使中国电影面临从数字化向智能化转型。只有深刻认识和积极应对挑战和变化,中国电影发展的黄金窗口期才有可能持续。
The Chinese film has experienced the longest duration in the fourth period of development.The Chinese film enters into a new historical junction with the rise of China and the emergence of"inverse globalization"phenomenon in the world.It takes place also because of the administrative departments’doubled efforts to ideologically guide,plan,and control the industry and the development of high-definition technologies,immersive technologies,big data,and AI.The new international environment prompts the Chinese film to shift its distribution from the core areas in Europe and North America to multiple areas in the peripheries.The new business ecology leads to the transformation from the market-oriented to the values-oriented.The new form of industry transforms the relationship between the Chinese film and the Internet from competition into competition/cooperation.Technological innovations compel the Chinese film to transition to digitization and Intelligentization.Only by deeply understanding the new phenomena and making preparations for the challenges and changes can the Chinese film enjoy an prolonged golden time.
