摘要
线圈型磁通量检测技术已大量应用于临床诊断应用中,但相邻磁检测信号容易出现信号混叠现象。现有研究大多采用算法处理和样本空间隔离的方式避免信号的相互干扰,限制了该技术在体外快速诊断领域中的发展。针对上述问题,本研究采用数学物理建模结合有限元仿真的形式分析了线圈型磁通量传感器的结构,并进行了传感器结构优化。最终实验结果表明,优化后的传感器能有效地区分间距为4 mm的相邻磁信号源。针对临床样本胃泌素17的免疫层析定量检测中,检测范围达到11 pg/mL~110 ng/mL。上述结果证实了优化后传感器结构具备多路同步复用检测能力。
Coil-type magnetic flux detection technology has been widely used in clinical diagnosis applications.However,adjacent magnetic samples’detection signals are prone to aliasing.Most of the existing researches used algorithm processing and sample space isolation to avoid the mutual interference of signals,which limits the development of this technology in the field of point-of-care testing.In view of the above problems,this study uses mathematical physical modeling combined with finite element simulation to analyze the structure of the coil-type magnetic flux sensor,and optimizes the sensor structure.The final experimental results show that the optimized sensor can effectively distinguish the adjacent magnetic signal sources with a distance of 4 mm.In the immunochromatographic quantitative detection of gastrin-17 in clinical samples,the detection range reached 11 pg/mL~110 ng/mL.The above result confirm that the optimized sensor structure has the capability of multiplex synchronous multiplexing detection.
