摘要
新中国成立以来,中国共产党和中国政府带领人民向贫困宣战,成功使8亿多人口摆脱贫困,创造了人类减贫史上的奇迹。海外学者、国际人士对中国贫困治理的历程予以了广泛而持续的关注,既充分肯定了中国的减贫成就,分析了贫困治理面临的挑战,同时也从国际比较的视野对比了中国同其他国家减贫模式的异同,并在此基础上系统总结了中国贫困治理的成功经验。梳理海外学者对中国贫困治理的研究成果,有助于更全面的认识、推动中国减贫事业的发展,更好地向世界讲述中国减贫的故事,分享中国减贫的经验,为全球贫困治理做出更大贡献。
Since the establishment of New China,the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Government has led the people to declare war on the poverty.It successfully lifted more than 800 million people out of poverty,and created a miracle in the history of human poverty reduction.Overseas scholars and international figures have paid extensive and continuous attention to the course of China’s poverty governance.They have not only fully affirmed China’s poverty reduction achievements and analyzed the challenges faced by poverty governance,but also compared the similarities and differences of the poverty reduction models between China and other countries from the perspective of international comparison.Finally,they have systematically summarized the successful experience of China’s poverty governance.Sorting out the research results of foreign scholars on China’s poverty governance is helpful with more comprehensively understand and promote the development of the cause of China’s poverty reduction.That also can better tell the world about China’s experience and stories of poverty reduction,and make greater contributions to global poverty governance.
