摘要纪律建设是党的建设总体布局的重要组成部分,是全面从严治党的治本之策。建党百年来,中国共产党在纪律建设上始终以加强党的全面领导、完成历史使命为根本目标,以永葆党的先锋队性质为核心政治价值,以维护党的团结统一为根本任务,以遵守的自觉性和执行的权威性为纪律建设的基本形态,维护了党的先进性、纯洁性,增强党的生命力和战斗力,在党的集中统一领导下实现党在各个历史阶段的奋斗目标。进入新时代,党着眼于建设强盛大党,坚持以完善制度有效监督落实纪律建设要求,坚持纪法分开、纪严于法、纪在法前、纪法贯通,规范纪律内容,严明政治纪律和政治规矩,精准运用"四种形态",健全党内法规制度,以纪律建设的创新发展推动正风肃纪反腐,更好发挥全面从严治党的引领保障作用。 Discipline construction is an important part of the overall layout of the Party’s construction,and is the fundamental policy of comprehensively and strictly administering the party.In the past hundred years since the founding of the CPC,the CPC’s discipline construction has always taken strengthening the Party’s overall leadership and completing its historical mission as the fundamental goal,taken maintaining the vanguard nature of the Party as the core political value,taken maintaining the unity of Party as the fundamental task,and taken discipline construction of the consciousness of compliance and the authority of execution as the basic form.The CPC has maintained the Party’s advanced nature and purity,enhanced its vitality and fighting capacity,and realized the goal of the Party in all historical stages under the centralized and unified leadership of the Party through enhancing discipline construction.In the new era,focusing on building a strong and big Party,the Party implements the requirements of discipline construction by improving the system and effective supervision,adheres to the separation of discipline and law,discipline being strict with law,discipline before law,and the connection of discipline and law,standardizes the content of discipline,strictly clarifies political discipline and rules,accurately uses"four forms",improves the internal laws and regulations of CPC,promotes the positive atmosphere,eliminates discipline and anti-corruption with the innovative development of discipline construction,and better plays the leading and guarantee role of comprehensively and strictly administering the Party.
