摘要
为解决传统Oliver-Pharr法无法给出接触刚度随压入深度的连续变化关系问题,考虑塑性压痕与周围弹性基体间残余接触应力之间影响,引入虚拟载荷,提出改进Oliver-Pharr法.该方法可连续确定接触刚度,不需要对压头的面积函数进行预先校正.将该方法应用到PIN-PMN-PT铁电单晶纳米压痕实验数据分析中,计算了其接触刚度、弹性模量及硬度,并与连续刚度测量法的测量结果进行了比较.研究结果表明:该方法的计算结果与连续刚度测量法的测量结果吻合度高,改进Oliver-Pharr法有效可行.
In order to solve the problem that the traditional Oliver-Pharr method fails to give a continuous function of contact stiffness as displacement,a modified Oliver-Pharr method is proposed to analyzed nanoindentation data by introducing virtual loads with consideration of the effect of the residual contact stress which exits the surface between the plastic impression and the surrounding elastic matrix.The new method can directly determine the contact stiffness continuously without pre-correct the area function of the indenter.In the present study,the experimental data measured of PIN-PMN-PT ferroelectric single crystal were analyzed with this new method.The contact stiffness,elastic modulus and hardness can be obtained and the result were compared with the outputs of continuous stiffness measurement.The results show that this new method is effective and feasible and can be used to obtain the reliable results through nanoindentation data.
