侧向基坑开挖对盾构管片受力及裂损影响 被引量:1

Influence of lateral foundation pit excavation on forces and cracks of shield segment lining

摘要 为增强地铁盾构隧道的抵御灾害能力,依托某城市邻近既有隧道基坑工程,采用数值计算方法,研究邻近基坑施工情况下隧道变形和内力变化规律,系统分析了管片开裂特性.研究结果表明:基坑开挖过程中,管片衬砌水平与竖向位移增大,正负弯矩增大,轴力减小,开挖加剧了管片衬砌的“横鸭蛋”变形,开挖量直接影响弯矩与轴力变化,与弯矩变化呈正相关,与轴力变化呈负相关.管片裂缝的张开面积呈现阶梯性增长,封顶块所处位置直接决定着管片裂缝的数量与张开面积. To improve the disaster resistance ability of subway shield tunnels,relying on the existing tunnel foundation pit project adjacent to a certain city,the numerical calculation method is used to study the variation law of tunnel deformation and internal force under the construction of adjacent foundation pits,and the cracking characteristics of segments are systematically analyzed.The research results show that during the foundation pit excavation,the horizontal and vertical displacement values of the segment lining increase,the positive and negative bending moment values increase,and the axial force value decreases.The’elliptical’deformation of the segment lining is exacerbated by excavation,and bending moment and axial force change are directly affected by the amount of excavation,which has a positive correlation with the change of bending moment,and a negative correlation with the change of axial force.The opening area of the segment cracks show a step-by-step growth characteristic,and the position of the key block directly determines the number and opening area of segment cracks.
