洞庭湖区杨树的种植历史与科学发展 被引量:2

Tortuous history and scientific development of poplar in Dongting Lake area

摘要 根据洞庭湖区杨树40多年的兴衰历史,对其发展功过进行综合评述,提出科学发展建议。着重对洞庭湖湖口岳阳市城陵矶(七里山)水文站2000—2020年逐年每日08:00水位资料进行高低排序,统计得到历年第7、30、60高水位日的海拔高度。综合旱涝防御、生物多样性保护、种植安全与社会经济效益等方面的经验教训,提出东洞庭湖湖口外滩杨树种植丰产林适宜高程为海拔31.6~34.0 m,种植中小径级杨树林最低高度为海拔30.1 m。海拔30.1~32.4 m外滩种植杨树苗应选择平水年、枯水年,并可适当挖沟抬垄,以减轻水淹影响。根据2019—2020年汛期高水位水文相关状况,得到洞庭湖上下游外滩杨树造林适宜高程与最低高度。特别建议湖南省相关管理部门根据洞庭湖区历年水文状况科学合理规划洞庭湖上下游杨树种植区域,以便加强生态环境保护与科学发展杨树经济。 According to the rise and fall history of poplar in Dongting Lake area for more than 40 years,the merits and demerits of its development were comprehensively reviewed,and the scientific development suggestions were put forward.The water level data of Chenglingji(Qilishan)hydrological station in Yueyang city at the mouth of Dongting Lake from 2000 to 2020 at 08:00 a.m.every day were sorted,and the altitude of the 7th,30th and 60th high water level day over the years was obtained.Based on the experiences and lessons of drought and flood prevention,biodiversity protection,planting safety and social and economic benefits,the suitable height for planting high-yield poplar forest in Dongting Lake area is 31.6~34.0 meters above sea level,and the minimum height for planting small and medium diameter poplar forest is 30.1 meters above sea level.When planting poplar seedlings between 30.1~32.4 meters above sea level,we should choose the year of normal water and dry water,and properly dig ditches and lift ridges to reduce the impact of flooding.According to the hydrological conditions of high water level in flood season from 2019 to 2020,the suitable elevantion and minimum height of poplar afforestation on the bund of the upper and lower reades of Dongting Lake are abtained.It was proposed that all Dongting Lake′s lakes and bund should be under the unified management of the state so as to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment and the proper development and utilization.
