Synthesis of 4,4′-Bis(3,5-bis-methyl-4-hydroxy-1-azobenzene) Benzenesulfonylanilide

摘要 目前,偶氮化合物是最为常见的一类染料化合物.本文以4,4′-二氨基苯磺酰替苯胺(DASA)、2,6-二甲基苯酚为原料,通过重氮化、偶合反应制得一种新型偶氮化合物4,4′-二(3,5-二甲基-4-羟基-1-偶氮苯)苯磺酰替苯胺.研究了影响反应的各种因素,优化了实验条件,最终确定了最佳实验条件为:反应时间50 min,温度0~5℃,pH为9.此条件下产率高达82.5%.最后用IR、HR-MS、^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR证明产物4,4′-二(3,5-二甲基-4-羟基-1-偶氮苯)苯磺酰替苯胺被成功合成. At present,azo compounds are the most common dye compounds.In the present work,the new azo compound of 4,4′-bis(3,5-bis-methyl-4-hydroxy-1-azobenzene)benzenesulfonylanilide with orange color was synthesized via diazotization and coupling reaction using 4,4′-bisamino benzenesulfonylanilide and 2,6-dimethylphenol as raw materials.Then,various factors affecting the reaction were studied and the experimental conditions were optimized.The yield of the target product is as high as 82.5%when the reaction was performed at 0-5℃,pH=9 for 50 min.Finally,the results of IR,HR-MS,^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR proved the successful synthesis of 4,4′-bis(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-1-azobenzene)benzenesulfonyl tetaniline.
